My question is: the colours for both engagement and white wedding are supposed to b diff right? Anyways, i want diff colours. I'm dark in complexion and i love bright colours. My fiancee is fair and loves blue but i'm sure i want my attire for the engagement to be in fuchsia pink(my best colour), and the confusing thing is i also want my bridal train's attire for d church wedding to be in pink. I dnt know anything about colour combinations for weddings which is really bothering me,(colours i want to incorporate into my wedding are: fuchsia pink, baby pink, blue, army green and red) I dnt know how to combine them for my wedding. Plus, is it compulsory dat d colours i wear must be part of the colours for d day,and are there rules in colour combinations for weddings? I need a hand, if possible, hands. . Thank you
First, there is no law that states that both colours for your white and trad have to be different.
There are various ways to combine blue and pink to make lovely wedding colours (see this example: http://www.namywedding.com/articles/173-inspiration-board-turquoise) where turquoise blue is mixed with red. I am sure those colours are bright and beautiful like you like.
It is not compulsory that the colours you wear are part of your colours of the day, but for some level of order and appeal to the eyes it is necessary.
About you colour combos i.e. the pinks, blue army green and red, i think it would be nice if you used, the fuchsia and baby pink with the blue for you white wedding. and if you mixed the green and red for your engagement.

Theres no law concerning wedding colors...some people choose colors according to the season, some choose their best color..With the infos you provided, i'ld suggest your trads combo to be fuschia pink and tiffany blue or turquoise blue...and since on your wedding day u may be putting on a white/champagne/ivory wedding gown, ur maids can put on pink gowns with blue sashes. The theme color for your wedding can be baby pink,turquoise blue and red....Gudluck babes....
