he is confused and probably hasn't fully made up his mind on what he wants. talk to him, ask him questions. communication is vital....as for ur dressing, it cud be that, u actually dress poorly, so look into ur wardrobe and see how u can improve it. give him no reasons to find fault in you. if the problem still persists after you have corrected your weak points. then i would presume that he isn't jst into you. maybe he is jst trying to get married out of pressure or pity. be careful!

my dear, this guy is not a friend if all he does is to annoy you without any effort to assist in whichever way possible. the previous post i do not agree with so analogies. why wont the person that wants to marry you assist you financially? if he does not do it naturally, he wont do it at all later! if he is really ur friend and interested in u, why cant he tell u that u are not dressing properly and u both discuss it! please dump him and move on.
